StooShe
So this is what I love about London. It's not what you know it's who you know and what they know. And of course this is no serious issue but when it comes to new artists about to make it big I have one very good friend who's always in the know.
So over a not so quick Nando's I was directed to YouTube to search for a new girl band about to hit the airwaves in a big way- their name is StooShe. The band is made up of a trio of girls all born and raised in London as they boast (more than once) in one of their tracks 'Betty Woz Gone'. I listened to one song and fell in love.
I myself am a born and bred Londoner, and was instantly cheering them on, at my desk, on my own, in my bedroom. Their lyrics are funny, even when talking on serious issues such as drug addiction, and all three girls are equally as talented as the next on the vocal front.
